Risevu is a career operating system for knowledge workers, operated by Everyday Creative Works LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at support@risevu.com.

We collect the following when you use Risevu:

• Account information — your name, email address, and professional role when you sign up or connect via Google Sign-In.
• Career and win data — the wins, projects, and impact statements you enter into the app.
• Usage data — pages visited, feature interactions, and error logs collected automatically to help us improve the product.

• To provide and operate the Risevu product.
• To send transactional emails — account confirmations, billing receipts, and product updates.
• To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs so we can improve the product.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored and processed in the United States using industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and access controls.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted immediately. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

You have the right to:

• Access — download a copy of your personal data directly from Settings → Account at any time using the Export Data feature.
• Correction — email support@risevu.com to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data directly from Settings → Account at any time.
